Can I travel to another state with medical marijuana and my MMMP registry identification card without worrying about being arrested or charged with civil or criminal penalties?
There are some states which accept and recognize medical marijuana cards of visiting qualifying patients from other states. They are Arizona, Maine, Nevada, New Hampshire, Michigan, and Rhode Island.
