Don’t take our word for it, read what our patients are saying about us, and how medical marijuana has helped them.
My first migraine happened when I was 16, and I thought that I was going to lose my mind. Not only do I get the head pain and aura, but my right arm would go numb. Finally, my mother of all people recommended I look into medical marijuana. I spoke with the physician, and he thought that I would be a good candidate to use it. I really like that cannabis capsules and vaporizer pen because I don’t like to smoke anything. I also love that it is a natural form of medication that has very mild side effects. Thanks for all your help and assisting me through the process.
My Crohn’s disease was something that haunted me for many years. The constant pain and diarrhea were enough to drive me crazy. I had tried many different options and finally resorted to cannabis after I saw a CNN documentary. I must say that I feel like I have my life back. For me, inhaling cannabis is the best for my stomach so I use a vapor pen. I get the instant effects of the cannabis without hurting my lungs. Thank you so much for all your help and compassion. Please feel free to use this reference and hopefully it will help other patients that have Crohn’s. See you next year.
I think it is so important that people distinguish the true cannabis patients from recreational users. Too often, I feel the negative stigma that medical marijuana has and it is completely unfair. I have been using cannabis to treat my multiple sclerosis for as long as I can remember and even before I had my medical card. Now that it is legal, things are much better, and I’m so thankful that we will have dispensaries soon. The physician treated me like a real person and not a drug seeker… SO REFRESHING! Thank you for your great service and role in legitimizing medical cannabis.
“I have suffered from severe migraine headaches for over 10 years. I had tried everything from Imitrex to acupuncture, but nothing seemed to work. One day, my friend recommended medical marijuana and I thought I would give it a try. I applied at this clinic in Boston and got my card right away. I can’t say that the cannabis completely cured my headaches, but it definitely helps with pain management. I’m still looking for the perfect strain to continue to reduce my migraines.”
My doctor had prescribed me Neurontin for my diabetic neuropathy, but I really didn’t like how it made me feel. Not only were there side effects but it didn’t help with the pain that much. One night, randomly at a party I tried it just to have fun but quickly realized that it helped with my pain. Not only did I feel really good mentally but my pain had diminished as well. The next day, I went online and applied for my medical marijuana card so that I could use it legally. This is a great website and was very helpful. Highly recommended!
The physician was amazing, and I appreciated the support. My oncologist recommended medical cannabis as a way to help with my chemotherapy symptoms. Before I got my medical marijuana card, I had a hard time eating, and I felt nauseous all the time. Not only does the cannabis helps move my stomach but I have an appetite again. There isn’t much you can do to feel good during chemotherapy, but this helps.
I can honestly admit that when I first heard about medical cannabis I thought it was just an excuse for people to get high. It wasn’t until I saw the effects firsthand that I realized it was actually a legitimate medicine. One of my friends started using it for her fibromyalgia, and the results were unreal. After seeing her success, I applied for my medical marijuana card and started using it for my chronic pain. I am very relieved to have another option besides prescription pain pills.
Admittedly, I was very apprehensive about trying medical marijuana. I grew up in the reefer madness days and thought it was a dangerous drug. My perception changed once I saw the CNN documentary showing how it helped with muscle spasms. It took me a little while to get used to it, but now I love it, and I’m sleeping great again. The only negative side effect for me is that sometimes I eat too much. I’m not sure if I was losing my appetite before or of this just strongly enhances it. Overall, all take that side effect over prescription pills I was taking any day. I’m looking forward to seeing the doctor again next year and updating him on my progress.
I have always been interested in alternative medicine and natural healing remedies. When I was first diagnosed with spinal stenosis, I created topical creams help deal with the pain. The cream worked well, but it wasn’t until I added cannabis that it completely changed the game. My grower provided me with cannabis infused coconut oil and I mixed that with my original formula. If you have arthritis, back pain, or muscle pain, I would strongly recommend getting a topical salve. The doctor I saw at the clinic was spot on and helped guide me through the process. Thanks for everything.
It was an absolute pleasure to work with your office. Amanda was so helpful in compassionate. I was completely lost until I found your website and then everything seemed very clear and easy. Getting my medical marijuana card has greatly improved the quality of my life and I have you to thank for it. I can’t wait for dispensaries coming soon, it will make it even better.
I wanted to leave this testimonial for my dad who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. As anyone knows this is a painful time and difficult for the whole family. We wanted to do everything we could and researched many different solutions to help with the process. After seeing real patients using medical marijuana on a CNN documentary, we thought it could be a good option to explore. We just started using a THC/CBD infused coconut oil product, and it seems to be helping. It’s too soon to tell if it will slow the progression, but I can tell immediately that his mood has improved. No one in my family had ever used marijuana before, so this was quite an experience, but you guys did make it easy. Thanks again to Greenway and the clinic staff!
Your office was very professional and the doctor was awesome. I will definitely be renewing my card with your clinic again. Thanks a lot.
I honestly never thought that I would be using marijuana for any reason. If it weren’t for my son pushing me to try it, I would probably be blind. Not only does it reduce the pressure in my eyes but I love the way it makes me feel. The only bad thing about it is that I tend to eat more than before, but my wife thinks it’s a good thing. Oh well, you live in you learn. I would suggest being open-minded to try it because I was completely surprised by how wrong my perceptions were.
Thank you for all the great work that you do. It’s amazing to me that medical marijuana still has a negative stigma when there is so much research pointing to its effectiveness. I guess it’s no surprise that the government and pharmaceutical companies want to hide such a great medicine. Marijuana is a schedule 1 drug meaning that it has no medicinal value, but the government holds a patent for its effectiveness treating neurological conditions and brain trauma… Get educated people and stand up for your rights.
My IBS was something that kept me from doing a lot of activities because I never knew when my stomach would go crazy. I started using a vaporizer pen and within seconds of inhaling, my cramps would ease up and my nausea would go away. Now I carry my pen everywhere with me I feel like I can do anything. Thank you so much for all your help. I am very happy to have my medical marijuana card.
Thank you so much. I must say that I was very impressed with your professionalism, and I loved the doctor. I am really looking forward to trying cannabis to treat my fibromyalgia pain and will keep you posted. I am so thankful that my state has passed these laws to allow access to it. It’s about time the country legalizes it already.
I started using cannabis illegally some of my friends from the VA when I got back from Afghanistan. I noticed it helped with my depression and anxiety that I was having at night. I am using a strain called train wreck that helps me sleep through the night. Eventually, my girlfriend said that if I continued to use cannabis that I needed to get a medical card and be legal. I filled out the application online I meant one thing to get my card after clinic. I would recommend medical cannabis to other vets and PTSD patients.
After a long hard day’s work, there’s nothing better than using some cannabis to relieve the pain and help me get to sleep. Even though I am very tired after work, the constant pain from arthritis tends to keep me up at night. The first time I tried a cannabis capsule sleep aid I slept like a baby. I honestly didn’t know that any natural herb could work that well. I have tried other pain medication and sleeping pills, but this is worked the best for me. Now I’m trying to convince my conservative family that it is a great option for their needs as well. I’m thankful that the stigma is slowly going away, and people are becoming more educated.
Everyone knows that going through chemotherapy is almost as bad as the cancer itself. I started researching alternative forms of medicine and natural herbs that could help me through the process, and that is where I started learning about cannabis. It quickly appeared that even the “negative” side effects of cannabis were positive for me. I was very worried about the “high”, but it turns out that it has really helped with my outlook and made me more positive. Also, my appetite is much better, and I’m actually eating again. I would strongly recommend that you talk to her oncologist about cannabis medicine and get your card if it makes sense to you. Good luck and never give up!
Thank you for all your hard work and for helping me to get a medical marijuana card. I have tried a lot of different treatments for my gout, but the topical cannabis lotion that I received has worked extremely well. You guys are great! P.S. I love your website.
