If I have a card, will that guarantee that Child Services cannot take my kids away?
The Department of Public Health has yet to formulate guidelines for the full implementation of the Massachusetts Medical Marijuana Program (MMMP). There are currently no rules regarding the implications of children’s welfare concerning registered patients.
